Everyone has that friend. You know, the one that makes you laugh so hard you cry, or get the hiccups, or both. The kind of friend that you know will always be there for you, the kind of friend that even if you haven't talked in a few years you can pick right back up where you left off. The kind of friend that your babies call "auntie" and her family feels like your family. Meet Jenny, she's my "that" friend, since 6th grade. I both honored and excited when Jenny and Matt asked me to take their engagement portraits. They are such a beautiful couple. I can't wait to help celebrate their wedding in July!

Jennifer Lake [Connecticut Maternity]

I love that this maternity session took place in baby girl's nursery. Her newborn session did too! Jen and Scott spent a lot of time getting this room perfect for their little princess and it is beautiful.

Matt & Liz [Connecticut Wedding]

Nothing better than a beautiful bride and groom in a beautiful location. For those reasons and so many more this was one of my favorite weddings. By the end of the day's events I felt like we had been friends for years. I also had the pleasure of working with the Liz's father.
